Hugh Rashleigh
Hugh is the conductor of The Royal Spa Brass orchestra whose work is focused on entertaining musical performances. They range from high profile concerts in major local venues such as the Royal Spa Centre, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Warwick Arts Centre and Warwick Castle to more informal events and public appearances in the community such as local parks, village halls and churches.

Jake Pyne
Jake, a developer at Tui Interactive Media, is the technical developer for The Sweet Spot. He’s creating a set of systems that translates the audiences position within the gallery into data that communicates with the AV systems.
He has a degree in digital media engineering from the University of Surrey, and previously worked at Pinewood studios on post-production sound for BBC television dramas, such as Robin Hood and Little Dorrit. He specialises in innovative human-computer interaction (HCI), using computer vision techniques alongside a background in digital audio.

Jonny Nicholds
Jonny Nicholds is a bit of legend in the Midlands. A local song-writer and musician, over the past 10 years he has revitalised the live music scene in Coventry, from a moribund state to a thriving community. Alongside his tireless ‘open mic’ nights, Jonny has formed two bands, The Bellow’s and The Centimes, and re-established late-night music gigs at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry. As part of the latter, Jonny organised and directed a two-night stint at the Belgrade in January 2011, bringing a reinterpretation of The Band’s The Last Waltz to the stage to raise money for a local children’s charity.
Jonny is one the musical-directors for The Sweet Spot.

Wes Finch
Wes, musician and songwriter, is the other Musical Director of The Sweet Spot. He’s recorded many of the musical parts, helped source other musicians, facilitated the recording sessions and continues to input ideas through regular ongoing discussions within the working collective.
He has released a number of recordings as Wes Finch & The Dirty Band and has a solo album, Mayflower, out now on Silvery Recordings
